I needed a complete replacement of my hvac system. In addition I needed my home rezoned as well as a new mini split ductless system. Everyone at Canella from getting an initial estimate to checking with me multiple times after the job was completed did an excellent job. Every employee on site was both polite and highly professional. Everything was explained carefully to me. Most of all my 56year old home has never ever been this comfortable. They even thanked me for selecting them to do the job. Honestly I didn't know that anyone still provided the high level of customer service that I received from Canella's. You cannot go wrong hiring this company. I'm so glad I did.

Always feel comfortable when Victor is the tech. He is knowledgeable and gives you a lot of insight. He is a five star tech. The admin at canella's is only 4 stars at best.
They can never get their story straight.
Awesome technician, very knowledgeable and personable. He came to the house after hours and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Very thankful he came to the rescue on a super hot day!!!
After waiting 4 days without air conditioning I decided to call a different company and no longer wait for a phone call from whom I had used in the past. I chose Canella Heating & Air Conditioning based on their positive reviews and was grateful that someone had canceled and I could have that slot the same day! As promised, their technician, Victor H., called me ahead of time to let me know that he was en route to my house. Upon meeting Victor, he was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue and provide all options to me without any pressure to decide before completing the work order. Afterwards, he explained his company's options for payment and, again, no pressure. Most importantly, I have air again! Thank you Victor for a job well done! :) I appreciate the people who reviewed this company based on their experience, and I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.
Victor H. was my A/C Technician. He was prompt, friendly, courteous, and best of all, very knowledgeable! I was dying with the A/C out in my home, I called around 10:00 am, and was cooling down nicely by 4:00pm with my problem solved quickly. I even had Victor Install my new smart thermostat. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE with this service and this Tech. Thanks Victor!!!
Chase arrive promptly and finished the job thoroughly. He is a hard worker and easy to get along with, a very personable and able young man. He went beyond the call of duty to repair the issue we had. We would be happy to have him come back any time we have a problem. He is a great credit to your organization. Five stars!!!!!!!
They have worked at our rental property twice now and both times have got to the property quickly to fix it and once there had the problem resolved quickly as well. We will definitely continue to use Canella Heating and Air!
