They have arrived promptly for each appointment and have communicated very well. I would highly recommend Canella.

The guys at Canella have always been very professional and knowledgeable. They keep my system running at it's peak. They answer all my questions so that I can easily understand them. Several of the people in my neighborhood also use Canella. I have been using them for almost 20 years now, at two residences, and would never use anyone else.

The technician Danel was very professional and knew what he was doing. He worked late to be sure my wife and I had air-conditioning. The part had to be ordered and it only took three days for CANELLA to order the part and get the part installed. I would highly recommend Daniel , Samuel and CANELLA to my family, friends and anyone!!!

Tech got here before appt time. Wore booties over shoes while inside changing the filters and looking at temp. Checked the heat pump and cleaned and noted all changes did and reasoning. Overall. Satisfied with service and repair.

Not a ding against the servicemen, because this is prevalent across quite a few services I have had to deal with lately, but information being relayed to those fellars out on the road doing the work is nonexistent any more. I informed the person on phone and they "annotated" that they would require a mask to enter the premises due to the lack of immune systems on both the ladies at my residence. They showed up and had no clue. That aside, they were very competent and nice guys, I have been dealing with Canella for a while for parts and filters, but this was first time I ventured to them for the maintenance portion. This, surprisingly for some, was due to the amount of ridiculousness dealt with when Sky HVAC took over climate control systems. They used to perform the maintenance, continuing after I bought the house from previous inherited destroyers of the house. Long story sorry... Canella fellas inspected and notified me about things that SKY never even checked, and WERE important. Incredibly thorough and well versed/informative. It almost seemed like they weren't having to put forth much effort since it was for them, fairly easy, to do the work. I had to have somethings done that they and I deemed necessary and I will have some more done here soon. Overall though, very pleasant to deal with and Incredibly reasonable considering what I am getting and have got thus far. Check em out and to be quite frank, I think you wont find any other comparable especially since they offer so much.
