Curtis Canella came out personally and replaced a part on our A/C unit in 99 degree weather. You don't normally see that kind of customer service these days! Thank you Curtis for making my week!
6/22 Our air conditioning went out and after analyzing it ourselves and getting nowhere, called in the afternoon. They were there the next day. The technician was professional, clean, quick, and called before hand.
They performed a diagnostic analysis, replaced run capacitor, cleaned condenser coil and balanced Freon. 2 weeks later, we called Canella again when our evaporator coil started leaking. They were out the same day to diagnose and fix this as well. I am very impressed with the reliability they offer, and look forward to doing business with them again.
Quick service. My AC gave out on the hottest day of the year and they had a technician out within an hour. When we were told that the AC would need to be replaced they set up a portable AC so we wouldn't be without air. They even offer reasonable financing so I didn't have to shell out $8000 that I don't have. Great service, friendly and helpful staff.
We have had our Mitsubishi unit for over one year, and we LOVE it. Canella has been a great company to work, always calls ahead and arrives on time. The employees have always been professional and knowledgeable. The free one year maintenance is an amazing bonus! The unit itself has been amazing. We added an addition onto our house and there was no possible way to route our existing central system into the room. It works so great. It keeps the room a very comfortable even temperature all the time and easily matches the rest of the home so there is no noticeable temperature change between the rooms. Occasionally my husband will put it low to cool off, and it rapidly cools the room to the new setting. Our only regret is that we didn't go with this sort of unit sooner on a different part of the house!
