The service call was part of the yearly maintenance plan I purchased. Case called ahead to make sure it was ok for him to arrive early, early! Upon arrival he was courteous and friendly and I could tell right a way that he was very knowledgeable. These guys installed my system in October of 2016 and every interaction I've had with them has been great. I highly recommend this company!

I wasn't home, but my wife advised the guy was very professional & explained everything in detail. We have been having issues with the humidifier causing other problems for several years now and he finally disconnected the power to it as it is not repairable. Seems they don't make this humidifier any more, hum, I wonder why!!
Cancella heating and air conditioning is the best money that I have ever spent on a service plan. They are up front with you and don't try to sell you something every time they come out. You are a person and and not just someone they can get rich on. Always polite and very respectful. Thank you for taking care of us for over 5 years.
