We recently had a York heat pump installed. Jeff Foxx was the representative who came to our home, took ample time to explain our options, answered our million questions, and told us what Canella would do. We are very pleased to say that we are totally satisfied with everything. The men who installed were very professional and informative. Jeff knows his products inside and out and was very informative, which helped us make a good decision. He took his time prior to the sale and after the install to be sure we were happy with our new unit. He made sure we knew how the system functions, took care of the warranty paperwork. We feel we are in good hands now that we are part of the "Canella family" with the continuing maintenance program. Thanks for everything!
