Chase did a fine job of explaining how our thermostat works to us. The outside of the unit is nice and clean and I trust that the innards have been tuned and are ready for the upcoming winter.
We have been using Canella for years. Their workers are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Scott is very kind and thorough and always on time.
We just moved to the area recently. Canella's online reviews were great so I called them. I was delighted when they offered to come earlier than expected.
However, Canella's Repairman stated I needed a new unit. He tried to sell me thousands in new equipment. He acknowledged he did not even look for hole. Then my Husband found hole and showed their repairman. It was super clear where a wire had shorted out and burnt a hole in tubing. After my husband showed the repairman the hole, he quoted over $900 in repair costs.
We had another local company come out and fix it for UNDER $600. The other company also did NOT try to sell me more equipment. They also found the problem without the home owner's help
UPDATE: Canella refunded my diagnostic fee in order to make this situation right.
Canella Team has been relentless in tracking and fixing problems with our home HVAC system. Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Very please to have Canella managing our home system!!
