The response from Canella was outstanding. We returned from a trip in the late afternoon. Upon entering our house we discovered no heat. A call to Canella resulted in a technician arriving within 45 minutes. The technician restored our heat. A follow-up call the next day also resulted in a quick response. This response corrected the problem and thankfully we have had heat during the cold snap. I highly recommend Canella. Thank you Canella!.
My college age son bought me a programmable thermostat for Christmas to replace my 20 year old thermostat. After trying to install it himself, he reluctantly called for help. Curtis at Canella walked him through the process over the phone at no charge. When it is time to replace my 20 year old system, I know who I'll be calling. Thank you, Curtis, for assisting my son, but most of all, for demonstrating kindness and service!! I will be recommending Canella to anyone looking for HVAC service.
Great job! This was a big job! Seth and his team were very competent with the install. Had a minor adjustment needed shortly after installation, and Canella was on it right away. County Inspector even commented on the the excellence of the fix! The best experience with a major, complex construction/installation project in the eleven years we've occupied this house. I can't recommend Canella more highly! Outstanding folks, competent in every way. HVAC experts.

We came back from vacation and couldn't get the a/c or heat to come on (it was heat we wanted lol). We called CANELLA, who had just installed a new unit for us a few months earlier, and they came out and fixed the problem at no charge. Turns out the heat pump was not the problem. It was the 45 amp breaker in our breaker box. It was our problem not theirs and they fixed it anyway .. for free. UNBELIEVABLE ... someone doing something for free these days. THANK YOU CANELLA !!!
General Maintenance check today. Chase, the service tech, was super friendly and helpful as all Canella personnel have been. Chase detected a potential problem with a new water heater and spent a lot of time trying to determine what needed to be done....including contacting the vendor, telling them the details of the problem and getting them to come out today to correct the problem. Chase explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and took precautionary actions to ensure that I would not have carbon monoxide issues....even gave me a free detector. Chase's actions today were above the norm and he handled everything in a very professional manner; just like I have experienced in all my dealings with Canella. I highly recommend this firm for all your heating and a/c needs. Chase is the best and is my hero!
