I've had a maintenance service contract with Canella for 2 years and have no complaints. Last evening which was a Friday I noticed my air conditioning wasn't working properly. The temperature wasn't bad that night but it was going to be in the 90's on Saturday. I called and they said they would have someone here by 9am. Saturday morning Thomas showed up on time and found the problem with my outside unit. He didn't have the parts but made many calls and found the parts needed. He got everything fixed and running properly before the temperature got too hot and unbearable. My family is very happy with the service and cost!

I have tried a few local companies, and Canella has been the best. They have worked hard to repair some problems I had in the past, so I now have a service contract with them. Scott has been the technician servicing my system, and he has been great. He explains everything to me in detail about what he is doing, and works hard and sometimes late to get the service completed. I would definitely recommend them for AC service.

Scott has serviced my heating and air several times. He is aalways prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Truly enjoy talking with him each time he visits. Great company! Great technician!

This was our first experience with Canella. Danny Lutz was our service technician. We wanted a total inspection of our 15 year old system. Danny did a thorough job, showed us evidence of a refrigerant leak, and suggested we may want to be proactive and consider replacement of our system. There was absolutely no pressure, and he advised we could prolong any purchase by just adding some refrigerant as needed. Considering they would stop manufacturing R-22 in 2020 we discussed pricing with no immediate commitment to purchase. However, company management made me an offer I could not refuse, including no cost for the service call and 2 lbs. of refrigerant. We're putting in a new system next week. Great experience!

We have a service agreement with Canella for a few years now. It gives me peace of mind to know that they are helping to maintain my equipment. They are always on time and friendly. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Scott S. Services our unit regularly and he is awesome! I highly recommend Canella.

Chase, from Canella ,just left my service call. He has serviced our unit before and I can not say enough about this young man. He is professional and took his time to answer and explain all my questions.
He went above and beyond checking our unit to make absolutely sure it was running as efficiently as it should.
So personable and a wonderful guy! Love Canella, you have taken great care of our air and heating needs for a long time and I am sure to recommend you to everyone!
