Tech was on time and efficient
I called at 12:30 on a Saturday and Thomas was at my door at 4:30....very impressive. Thomas was very nice and polite. He assessed my problem gave me options and then proceeded to fix my AC. Very professional and I had air again and was able to attend a party later that night...GREAT JOB!
Victor is an excellent tech. He is very knowledgeable and gives you options. The only issues I ever have with Canella's Is the admin. who claimed she could not reach us by home phone but spoke to my wife earlier on the same phone??

Scott is a great technician. He makes me feel comfortable that he is thoroughly checking my equipment and he takes the time to discuss his findings with me. Since he has been here several times he is completely familiar with my system. Great guy

After returning from a mini vacation we came home to no air conditioning. Called Canella and they sent Chase out within 2 hours. He came and spent a lot of time trying to get it back up and running. He figure out what the problem was and got us going again. Great fast service. So thankful for Canella and our service contract with them.
