Canella will remain open and continue to serve the needs of our customer and team members while doing our best to protect the needs of the community at large. Regular service and replacement of equipment will go on as normal.
How Canella Is Taking Precaution
We are open and running calls to homes. We want to be helpful in the case of an emergency but we also need to take caution to protect our team members and make sure they stay healthy as well.
In most cases, work on the equipment from outside with minimal face to face contact. We will be following protocols to maintain a safe work environment. You may be asked by a technician to speak via phone call to help control the thermostat while we are stationed at the equipment. We are trying to avoid as much contact as possible and asking the customer to operate the thermostat if that keeps us out of the home.

We are now running maintenance calls. Our phone lines are open if you want to schedule your next appointment, if you prefer to hold off we will push it out without any loss of benefits or visits.
