With the Canella Ultimate Savings Agreement we will come twice a year on a regular schedule to inspect your home's total comfort system, including the air conditioner, heat pump, furnace, coil drains, and thermostat to ensure they are operating properly.

Whole House Energy Audit
Canella has teamed up with Home Energy Solutions to offer you a professional home energy audit. In this audit certified home performance experts will bring in state-of-the-art equipment used for certifying "green" homes and analyze the dynamics of air flow in your house. Using the principles of building science they will assess the integrity of your home as a total system.
In practical terms this means that they will help you identify where you are losing money and experiencing poor indoor air quality because of uncontrolled air leakage or improper equipment. Using data from these tests, we will develop a plan to put a stop to the drainage of money and energy from your house once and for all.
