Craig Canella, president of Canella Heating & Air Conditioning, recognized those employees who have attained professional certifications during the past year. He stated, "Professional development touches a number of our company's core values, and these employees through their accomplishments exemplify our commitment to provide for every customer of ours 'The Ultimate Service Experience.'"
The following Technicians achieved North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certifications in 2010: David Gibson, "NATE CORE—Service Technician;" Larry Mims, Jr. and David Gibson, "NATE Air to Air Heat Pump—Service Technician; Larry Mims, Jr., "NATE Gas Furnaces—Service Technician.
In addition, the following PTU Specialists also achieved NATE certifications: Tim Dolinger and Tim Vetetoe, "NATE CORE—Service Technician; and Tim Vetetoe, "NATE Air to Air Heat Pump—Service Technician.
In addition to achieving the nationally recognized NATE certifications, Canella employees also attended classes in 2010 with live instructors giving them expert knowledge in specific equipment.

The readers of the local newspaper each year have the opportunity to vote for their favorites in different categories. Canella's consistent devotion to the customer experience has developed sufficient loyalty among its clients to garner the votes necessary to win this recognition yet another time.

Canella Heating & Air Conditioning is pleased to announce that Danny Lutz, service technician, has achieved the completion of an 18 hour advanced course in "Avanced Troubleshooting" offered HVACR Education and recognized by the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) program. With the completion of this course, he has achieved continuing eduction credits through NATE and the Building Performance Institute (BPI).

Canella Heating & Air Conditioning welcomes Charles Clemmer to its team of service professionals where he will work as dispatcher for the company. Clemmer comes highly qualified to this position wtih years of education and experience in the heating and air conditioning industry behind him.
Already in high school he was specializing in HVAC and Refrigeration in Gastonia, NC. Later he graduated from the U.S. Air Force Air University as a Refrigeration Specialist and Management Supervisor. He also graduated from Gaston College in Heating and Air Conditioning and Industrial Electrical Wiring. Throughout his life he has been continuing to advance his knowledge in the industry. He holds a Mechanical Contractor License from the N.C. State Board of Examiners of Plumbing & Heating Contractors Licensed Group #3, and Group #2. He has graduated from Catawba Valley College in Hickory, NC, and is a licensed Realtor with the NC Board of Realtors. And from the Rheem/GEMU University he has studied New Dealer Acqusitiion, and HVAC Business Management.
He has worked in managerial positions for numerous companies including Yandle-Witherspoon Supply, Hickory; York Equipment and Alllison-Erwin Comapny, Charlotte, and Wrights Heating & Cooling, Cherryville. He was also the owner and operator of Gaston Heat-Cool Specialist in Dallas.
President Craig Canella considers Clemmer's addition to his company to be an additional step in providing for Canella clients the top level of professionalism and the service beyond expectations that the company is committed to provide.
